UK Shipping can take anywhere from 3-10 days and is much more variable for International shipping. 

Unless you have paid for tracked shipping, you will not be able to track

Step 1) Click "sign up" to create an account. Enter a suitable email and password.

Step 2) Earn points in numerous ways as highlighted on the Rewards page, including by purchasing products on our website and following our social media pages. Your points will be automatically added to your account.

Step 3) View your points balance by navigating to the top of the Rewards page, while signed into your account. Once you have 500 points or more, you'll be able to redeem a reward by clicking Redeem Now.

In the unlikely event that your product arrives damaged or what you received doesn’t match your order, we offer a full refund or replacement within 30 days. Email images of damage to customercare@seoulistabeauty.com and we’ll arrange the refund or replacement.

If you change your mind about wanting the products and wish to return them for a refund or exchange, please email: customercare@seoulistabeauty.com within 30 days and then return goods and the original packing slip in pristine condition to the address supplied.

Please note we do not accept returns of products that have already been opened.
